yesterday I was playing Salem with my mate just to see what it is like then we went from a brake so I closed down Salem and when i came to reopen it again it comes up application blocked because of security settings I have allowed the file through my anti virus I have even taken down my whole windows defender to try and run the program but nothing works and I don't know what is blocking it or even why it is blocking it because ran ran fine just a few minutes before

Have you checked Java's security settings? If you have a second computer to compare them to, it'll make it easier to verify if everything is set the same way.

I had the same problem. I was able to fix it by re-installing Java.
