				I bought 1k silver at 6th June , but i didn't get any. I opened ticket at zendesk and someone called Dean assigned to it - but still no progress, no feedback at all.

				Paradox runs the shop and since they have split ways with Salem they have not honored any sales to date. It is unclear if this is a technical error that will be resolved or if it will be a problem only until they entirely cease accepting payments. The devs have no control over the situation either, I'm afraid. At the moment your best course of action is to request a refund; my apologies.

They're supposed to continue running the shop, so it's weird. I just made a test purchase myself, and even that didn't work out at all. I'll have to ask them what's up.

				Yea, it's starting to get noticable ingame.
Yesterday a stall became free in Roanoke. Took about 2h before someone finally raised the silvers to buy it, with no working cash shop

				This problem is almost a month old already. I had this problem on the 18th of may myself. And another incident a week later. Reported both incidents, contacted Paradox (
support@paradox.com) but never recieved support from them. Eventually I got my money back by opening a dispute at Paypal.

				Hopefully we can get an announcement when this problem is corrected so players are aware when they can begin supporting the game?
