Android, Blackberry, and other operating systems based on or using the Java Micro Edition won't. Of course, Apple's iOS doesn't support Java (without jailbreaking... and not sure of that). I'm not 100% sure on the tech details of the mouse to touch screen conversion, though, so this might break it.
