Minor Bug: Waning Toadstool

Potential bug regarding waning toadstool.

When picking up a waning toadstool (Ender's client seems to show them on the mini-map), it would appear that the waning toadstool resets to a waxing toadstool if you also happen to receive a perfect autumn leaf along with the toadstool.
