I recently purchased some silver and 2 mystery boxes which I only received one and none of the silver. Already checked my bank account several times after and balance is 0. Also, in store, I can only see the old packs and snuff so I think there's something wrong.

I know that Paradox has had some trouble at times with the payment system. You should send them a mail and ask them to look into it. I wish I knew what was wrong, but it's their system, so I can't do much about it.

I bought two mystery hats the other day but only received one. What mail did you send your complaint to and was it resolved?
