Havnt received silver

Hey guys, ive bought some silver for my account through paypal, but havnt received it yet. I do also have the receipts. is there any support area that i can raise this issue?

Where did you look for your silver?

The silver you buy turns up at the bank building in the main city area (Boston, Roanoke or Jamestown). Interact with the banker in front of the bank to get your silver. If it's not there, please report back.

Any idea how long a delay might be? Any personal experience? I've never bought silver myself, so I don't know, but there's no need to get support involved if it could just be a delay.

Make sure your payment went through, too. In dealing with this (from the forum perspective) since the store opened, this is the problem part of the time. Sucks to send an email to support and wait a couple of days to find out they never received the payment in the first place and PayPal (or other processor) is holding it for some reason.
