Is there anyway to get my old account back?

I started out in closed beta and I want my old characters back. Is this possible in any way? I've PM'd a mod and mailed paradox, but they haven't answered yet so I figured i'd post here too and see if anyone else has been in the same pickle as me.

When in the closed beta? There may be not characters to get back. Wipes have happened in the past.
If you have emailed Paradox about it and aren't getting any help with this, then there is nothing more that can be done here. There was a window when TotalyMoo was helping get old Paradox Plaza accounts transferred over, but he's no longer tied to this project. I'm unsure if there's anything that can be done at this point. You just need to wait on the response from support.
