I have to say I find it completely ignorant to have a game and give no kind of support at all. There is a bug that if an item falls to close to something you can not pick it up. I don't know about everyone else but when I lose a saber and a metal shovel in one false move because I was standing to close to the kiln and there is not a support system that I can call upon and ask for some help I find that to be the stupidest thing ever. Fix your bugs and hire some GMs or whatever you want to call it you cant just leave your players to suffer through this kind of garbage.

This is a game still in development. Please brush up on existing bugs and prepare yourself for issues in game. If you ever have an issue of a store purchased item lost due to a bug, you can contact Paradox's support email, support@paradoxplaza.com for possible replacement. Otherwise, there will be item losses and you just need to be prepared to deal with these on occasion. There's just not enough staff to handle these things as quickly as players would like.

It's a game. In the end, just like in life, the power eventually gets turned off. However, with any luck and support, that won't be for years. ;) No, there are no plans for server wipes as of now.

From what I can see this is an issue that doesn't have a simple solution. If it was a fast fix, it probably would have been done by now. From my experience, loftar has always been pretty good about getting the fast, easy fixes done right away.
