Can't launch any client

Since I used to often disconnects using Ender's client I did not attach much importance when I lost it again. Since the last issue I can't launch costom or official client. I have the recommended Java version so I don't know what the problem is.

What's happening when you try? Is the download timing out, or does it just say cannot launch application? Screenshot might help.

When I press left button double or choose "launch" (doesn't matter) the result is only - a circle near a cursor. No messages like "cannot launch application" or other. For the several seconds I can see Java in processes and after that the process stops without any notification.

Problem with java, or possibly a corrupt JNLP.

Delete your java cache(stored applications/temporary data) in the java control panel (control panel->java), and uninstall java control panel->programs and features. Restart your computer and then get the correct version of java for your system. www.java.com

Try the launcher again.

I have the exact same error as the poster here.

I don't exactly understand the advice given here though. Do I need to uninstall Java and than install it again?

PS I tried to uninstall Java and than install it again but I still cannot use Enders Client. The original Salem Client does still work but is not as nice...

There's a bit of a bug several people are having with Ender's at the moment. Someone has posted a fix in the Artifice & Arcana forum where you can find discussions about modded clients and their fixes. Here's the link to the post viewtopic.php?f=11&t=5682#p68505. Right-click the link in the post and Save As...
