Im just now trying to start playing this game. I'm at the start area and have to talk to the guy in the brown hat. I have tried repeatedly to right click him and nothing happens. Is there a fix for this?

Is the mouse functioning properly elsewhere?

Have you remapped mouse clicks to do something other than the usual in the operating system?

What OS are you running on?

Does using left click to move your character work? Does your character walk to the man in the brown hat when you right click him? Is right clicking working on anything at all?

It could be a number of things, but I can garauntee you that it isn't the game. We just need to try and pinpoint exactly what the problem is that you are having.

Does the appearance of your character change? (there is no text block/popup)

Are you related to Xweetox?

I have done nothing to change the controls in the game, wouldn't even know where to do that at lol. and im runnin windows vista, the WASD works fine, but nothing i do with the mouse seems to do anything at all. and i have no idea who that guy is that you mentioned so im pretty sure im not related to him. I think i got them all? lol

I'm having the exact same problem. Tool tips and on screen buttons are working. WASD works to move me, but I can't click to move nor can I click to interact with NPCs. I didn't do any mouse remapping. I'm running Mac OX 10.8.2. And I'm using a two button mouse.

Not in-game, in the operating system. Are you using any special keyboard layouts (international settings in Windows for example) or assistance programs? Are you using a laptop or other type of computer that has a non-standard mouse or a custom gaming mouse or input device that lets you control a wide variety of inputs? This is what I am curious about. Sometimes these can interfere with normal operation of a mouse or keybaord.

There's another thread around here someone discussed some issues with the Mac and this sort of problem. I'm not much of a Mac person so I probably won't be much help. I'll see if I can dig that thread up for you.

If your mouse clicks aren't registering, you might have your monitor set to the wrong color mode. Double check to make sure it is set to 32bit color instead of 16bit color.
