Fluid Concentration Decreases

I have noticed 4 situations in which the concentration of fluids has decreased:
-Tanning Fluid -> Bucket:
If you have tanning fluid in a Tub, scoop some up with a bucket, and then pour it back into the tub, the Tanning Fluid concentration is now [i]lower/i] than it was before. Depending on how much fluid was already in the tub, the concentration can drop to 4.9%, or nominally stay at 5.0% but still be too low to tan.
-Milk of Lime -> Bucket:
Same procedure as with tanning fluid, except you have to use a barrel.
-Make Limed Hides:
When you make Limed Hides, the concentration of the Milk of Lime will decrease with each hide. I didn't notice this until I was experimenting with 0.2% Lime concentration and after 1 hide, the concentration was too low to continue.
-Leather Tanning:
If there is extra tanning fluid in the Tub beyond what is needed for the 4 hides soaking in it, then after they are done, the concentration of the remaining fluid will slightly decrease, preventing it from being used as-is for a second batch.
