can someone help me?

This is a communication error. You need to check the following:

Security software--does it allow Java apps to run and to connect to the Internet? There has been issues with a couple of security suites on the market (comodo, ESET to name two).
Internet settings--make sure general security settings aren't at the highest.
Ports--TCP 1871 and UDP 1870 must be available for Salem to connect to the servers. Make sure any firewall that is being used as well as any routers you're connecting through have them available and open.
