Hello I have had this issue for quite some time, months ago I tried this game and the launcher did nothing. Enders mod does not work for me either.

I tried again now thinking it would be fixed, yet still nothing happens at the launch of the game. Is there any way I can show a bug report or something? I launch the game, and these screens pop up and I accept it, then they both disappear, I am left with a running version of java in my processes but no game.

I have searched the forums, I have..

-uninstalled and reinstalled every possible version of java imagineable.. and still nothing.
-Turned off Kaspersky
-Opened up my TCP and UDP ports

I have a GTX 580, Windows 7, all drivers updated. I have no idea what else I can do..

Have you checked your Java security settings as well as Internet settings? Make sure security settings are such that it will either prompt you or run without asking. I don't recommend keeping such low settings, but for testing purposes, it may be necessary to drop them all the way to what is effectively "off." Last I knew, Kaspersky wasn't causing any interference with Salem or Java. Otherwise, this sounds just like a security setting blocking things or a firewall/AV interfering.

The only way I can think of to debug this problem is if you can produce a thread dump of the Java process.

There are several ways to do so, but if you have no preference of your own, I recommend downloading VisualVM and use its thread dumping feature. VisualVM should list the process running the client; just right-click it and choose "Thread Dump".

I turned down the security settings to low, enabled the console and this is what I end up with. It just stops and the game does not load, hopefully this helps determine my issue.

Fixed the issue, I deleted all temporary java stuff in the java control panel, now the game opens up. Thank you for pointing me to the java control panel.
