I've tested and the "Tree chopping" artifact bonus doesn't work on making fresh boards.

doubtfull, why should you need to post it here AND in the bug tracker ?

What the hell is the point of this forum then, if you then NEED to go post it on the tracker also ?

Seems pointless, might as just remove this whole forum section and replace it with a link to the bug tracker if you ask me.

The point of this forum is that we can discuss bugs and potential fixes. Some things may not even be an issue, and you don't want to go posting that stuff up in a tracker. Also, a bug tracker has several very useful tools for organizing and prioritizing development needs that you can't get with a bunch of posts on a forum. Consider it a wiki for bugs. What's the point of having both a wiki and a Help forum when they present the same information?

Besides, we discuss OTHER issues here as well, such as client support. Heck, 90% of the posts here are about trying to get clients to work properly as most of the bugs already get posted to the tracker or PM/emailed directly to the devs.

I'm guessing this still hasn't been fixed - as I'm noticing similar lack of speed increases as I add more tree chopping artifacts to my clothing.

Digging speed increases works very well.

and chopping speed increase does too, for chopping. But only for tree chopping.
