Well since ever the last update I've been having tons of problems and did many tweak arounds and managed to get salem working but im running from the salem.jnlp, I want the shortcut with the salem logo where can I find that? I used to have it but it broke or something and I was prompted to delete it so I did.

I think the shortcut is accessible through the Java control panel, on the cache screen. Enders is anyway. I don't actually have the default client installed, but my shortcut for it looks like this:
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\javaws.exe -localfile -J-Djnlp.application.href=http://plymouth.seatribe.se/java/salem.jnlp "C:\Users\Tasha\AppData\LocalLow\Sun\Java\Deployment\cache\6.0\35\5192be3-6dd210b2"
Java 7, just pulled it out of the recycle bin :p

Since it's a Java "network" app, there really isn't an uninstall. You simply need to clear it out of the cache. You can go to Java's control panel and clear software out one app at a time or all apps at once.
