Client Crash caused Problems in Game

I was landscaping to even out area for walls and client crashed....now I return and have a pile of clay sitting on the spot where I crashed (which blocks everything)....I cannot remove it with anything at all....anyone have a clue as to how to remove this object issue???

Can you not pick it up and simply log out?

If you drop a ball of dirt from a crash or logging you, you should be able to pick it back up.
