Anyway, I encountered a loading error of some kind obviously, I'm not sure how useful this would be to mention, but any data point is useful for the developers.

In all seriousness this is a known error, and happens to everyone at one point

Just re-load the area and it will be back to normal, so re logging, teleporting, it all works.
