Savage Charm Sale Bugged

Hello. I just recently ran into a problem trying to sell savage charms in boston. I'm on the Jamestown server. I've tried to sell savage charms 3 times to the npc vendor stall and received only 10 silver on my last transaction. Is this a known bug? Any way of getting the silver I should have gotten? Thank you for any help!

I should also mention that I do have a pilgrim's purse equipped.

Are you sure that you didn't get 20s to your purse and didn't notice it?

No, I had 95 silver all along. Until the 3rd transaction when it went to 105. In any case the savage charms are supposed to sell for 35 silver. The stall I used was the one to the north-west.

Actually this has just happened to me with Beaver pelts. I don't know which direction is North (is there a way to tell?). If the statue faces north, its the one to the north/west - the one on its own.
I sold 6 Beaver pelts and should have recieved 72s - I recieved none.

Now I know this doesn't always happen as I frequently use that one so I don't know what was different about this time. Anyway, bear it in mind people, 72s isn't much to lose but it's also the time and effort taken in getting the pelts.
