Salem is not Working

When I press "New Character", on the top right corner, it says, "an error has occurred! The error has been reported." This is the details:

Give more system specs.

Have you tried using Ender's Client (In Arcana and whatever)?

Have you tried reinstalling Salem?

Have you tried reinstalling Java?

Have you tried turning it off and on again?

Have you tried reinstalling a new Operating System?

Have you tried buying a new computer and using it?

If you try all of these and it still doesn't work (You may need to repeat steps if you complete a further down step as it could be a combination) then yes, Salem is not working as you so bluntly claimed. Elsewise, it is not Salem that isn't working.

ok im having the same problem and looked on the web and here and nothing.cant find a solution for it

the game starts to load then once the mini-map is loaded it crashes and says the above error.

anyone knows how to fix it?

eddit: havent been able to pay the game.also did reintalled it but did the same thing

ok had to keep reading post and do more reserch on the web.
problem fixed!!!!!!

my problem was that i didnt have the driver correctly installed.since i was using envidia i just went to their website to fix it.

my opinion to all of u guys with this problem is to find out what king of graphics card u have and then google it to find an update for it.sometimes windows update wont work so ull have to install it again or update it manually.

also have seen people have problems with windows xp,im using windows 7.another thing that might help is to uninstall java and re-installing it,and do the same with the game.
