game client broken

game client downloader doesn't work. It freezes at different points never completing. Tried enders client and got to the new character screen, when i click new character it freezes and I have to ctl alt delete.

Mine doesnt work either, was working last night, does the java oracle deal then says "Unable to launch application"

It could be that the downloader is having communication issues. Make sure that Java is allowed to run and that the proper ports are open.

If people are normally having issues with custom clients, they should check with the modder. However, if you're having issues at this point with Ender's, you might have issues with the normal client, too. Please post any error logs if you can get one. In the mean time, double check your graphics drivers and make sure they are up-to-date. If you have an older Intel device, there may be a few things you need to do to make sure it works right.
