hello everyone !!
i've created a new account i'm new to this game
i made account and downloaded the client
when i run it all good and i type my login and password then after some seconds (30) the game dont start and a message apear tellin me "connection reset"
help please i cant wait to try this new game

When you run into this problem with any networked application, the first thing you should do is check your security software (anti-virus, firewalls) and routers you have to connect through. Odds are something is blocking the program or blocking the program from connecting to the Internet.

Make sure your security software allows Java applications. Make sure that Salem is allowed if necessary (may be necessary to allow specific Java apps with some security suites). Also make sure your router is letting traffic through. Salem requires ports TCP 1871 and UDP 1870 to connect. Check your documentation to do this.
