Game file info

Good day one and all

I am sitting at work and me and my mate thought well since this game uses jave to run perhaps we can copy it to his tablit and run it there , only thing I wish to know is where does it save the data for the game on the local disk and any idea if any one has tryed it before ?

Because Salem is cached only by Java, where it's stored can vary. In Windows, that is under your <user directory>/AppData/Sun/Java/cache/....

as well any idea if this will be later converted to a stand alone exe client ?

Never. (Most likely never... it is developed in Java after all.)

Note: make sure you tablet can run Java Standard Edition (vs Mobile Edition, such as Android) apps and has OpenGL support.

thanks good to know , will see if I can find the standard edition for it or even try on my mac G5 who knows hehe
