App. won't start

Hey Guys.
I've seen these threads down the line in this part of the forum, and the same goes here.
I try to launch the file and java tells me that something went wrong and i get this error code.

clear its cache and reinstall
how to clear > http://www.java.com/en/download/help/plugin_cache.xml <

SO just clear it and re-install java? Sounds easy enough...

clear cache and start the game
if it wont work then reinstall java.

But before reinstalling i would check if your firewall aint blocking connection :P

And to note, firewall includes routers, too. Most routers have built-in firewalls in the firmware.
