So I just milled a stack or corn seeds, 1% pure, and I got 0% pure cornmeal, with 25 in all the elements.

If you used boston/roanoke/jamestown mills it is ok, because it was in I&I some time ago to force people to build their own mills.

Any confirmation on it being an implemented idea and not a bug?

Confirmed bugged with self-built and server capital windmills. Just tested both ways and got 0% cornmeal from 1% corn seeds.

May want to test with +2% purity to be sure, if its like smelters with 2% ore turning into 1% metal it may naturally reduce the purity by 1%.

Smelters don't lower purity if you don't use lime, and I didn't nixtamalize my corn

Just thought it might naturally lower the purity in some way. Hard to tell sometimes whats intended and whats a bug.

At this point, buildings and tools have had no effect on the purity of the product produced.

Confirm. All corn give 0%(25.25.25.25) cornmill.

I can confirm that. I've ground 4% purity corn on my self-built mill and received 0% cornmeal with 25-25-25-25 stats. What an annoying bug!
