The inner door of the church of Boston is too small for several people to go through, creating a serious blocking harassment problem. I'm guessing there will be loads of these, and don't have any solution other than person no-clip when inside certain buildings... :-/

Or teleport back home.

Smart, and maybe it isn't a problem in other places then cities, and one will thus always be able to use the travel skill?

Can you even enter a building if your carrying something? I've never bothered building a house, so couldn't say.

You can, unless it's a cupboard [and anything else that I can't think of right now].

But if you tresspass on a claim you don't have permissions on and someone is on the inside of the door, you're trapped and most likely get ko'd by the time the person wakes up from ko, assuming they don't send more alts in.
