I noticed when I went back between my homestead and town and headed westward that the chunk at least visually changed from the standard plains to the coniferous forest of which my homestead is in. Mechnically, the river was still there since I've ran into the standard 'you need to have swimming turned on' message when I tried to cross an invisible river. After checking it out, I've relogged which easily fixed the problem. I thought that I should mention it and provide evidence so to see if there's an underlying problem or if it was client based.
