Crash when a friend appeared.

Hi :) I get a big issue since yesterday.

I can play alone for hours, my friend too, but if we try to play together, I crash everytime I come close to him. (He doesn't) and I can't see him, even if he can see me (others people can see us both)

I have a pop-up in the left up corner of the game that says : "An error has occured", and my only option is to quit the game.

Any idea ? I tried to reinstall Java an I asked him to do the same, but I'd like a real solution :/

EDIT : He tried to reinstall too but it didn't work. And if we create other characters, it works perfectly fine too.

The details of the error :

java.lang.NullPointerException
at haven.OCache.cmppose(OCache.java:179)
at haven.Session$RWorker.getobjdata(Session.java:306)
at haven.Session$RWorker.run(Session.java:590)

Ok so we did a few more tests :

- If I create a new char and he does too, no problem
- If I create a new char and we meet with his old char, no problem ( I can see him and no crashes)
- If he creates a new char and I meet him with my old char, my guess is we won't have any troubles.

I can't even understand that bug. Anyway, we are in Plymouth.

An other test :

- If he uses my account with my old char, and if I use his account with his old char, then HE gots the bug.

that's crazy, it seems like that bug is account-based ? Wtf ?

You should probably also note which client you are using.

Ok well, the problem solved itself when I removed him from my friendlist.
Weird.

Weird.

Did it occur again after you rekinned him?
