Hi. I've just come back to the game after a long absence, and I'm having trouble because the game keeps freezing.

Freezing how?

The whole game just stops where it is, I can't click on anything or do anything, I have to close out of the game.

It usually happens within 15 minutes of playing, it happens very frequently.

if you're shift-alt clicking stuff into a stockbin or container that could usually make it freeze due to the way the custom clients handle big transfers. Otherwise you need to find the latest error log and post that, or wait for more advanced support to answer.

I'm not transferring large volumes. I'm not sure how to find the error log? Thanks for responding though.

C:\users\youruser\salem\ is the folder. it's either there or in the bin folder, something like errorlog0.txt, sort by date to find the latest one i guess.

I doubt it's that that's freezing you. Idk , try different clients, the custom ones if you've been using default or vice versa. Alternatively try deleting your cached files in c:\users\youruser\.salem , the hidden folder that starts with a period. Then delete the gamefiles inside c:\users\youruser\salem without the period and re-download it all, see if that helps.
