i just used a English Snuff




but it did nothing, i got a buff icon but after using multiple inspirationals, i got exactly what i was gonna get BEFORE

Malevolent Pillow = 4000 T&N i should have got 4800 but only got 4000

I'm not entirely sure. Wasn't it changed at one point to impact the amount of inspiration used rather than the proficiency points given ?

shouldnt have worked either since i still used an excess amount of inspiration used (its making me mad wasting on a item so heavy expensive for 1h of nothing..)
