First it started with one field. Now i have another 2, so in total 3 fields with upkeep 600%.

How is that possible? i droped more than 5 humus and it still asking more.

You need to reduce your upkeep using fertilizers. 600% upkeep means you have to use 6 times the amount of humus needed to prepare your field. Once it's prepared and you have planted your crops (which will require 6 times the amount of seeds) then you can fertilize using Wood Choppings for example (low tier upkeep reducing fertilizer).

One word - Crows. They ravage your fields and upkeep turns to 600%.

You don't have to use tons of wood choppings. Just 30 humus, then 6x of seeds (either 90 cabbage seeds or a pouch of something else) and it becomes 100% upkeep.
