one grain turning into another

When I grind flour in my windmill, the three floor mill, any grains I grind change into whatever flour came from the first grain I milled. For example, I grind a bit of rye, and all the oats I have are ground into rye flour.

More like it only hold the 1st type you grind. The rest just disappear.
