In-game View Spin

I got a problem with changing the point of view of an in-game camera. I can zoom in and zoom out no problem, but spinning the view do not work. Neither to the left, nor to the right. I would appreciate any help regarding this.

If using a custom client, there is an option for "Free Spin" or perhaps the opposite "Rotate by increment" which needs to be checked or unchecked. Though sometimes I also have this when I have a slow connection.

I do use a standard client provided by devs. Question is, how do I fix this? I don't even know where to search.

ctrl+O for your settings, look under the tab camera and mess with that. Normally, you rotate the camera by pressing the middle mouse button and then moving your camera.
