blank black screen on mine entry

for some reason I am getting a Blank black screen but only when i entered a mine, I have entered other mines with out issue before, i am updated my graphics card to the latest non beta version per other posts (geforce 560 tix driver 358.91) but with out any luck, I have also tried changing the rendering mode as suggested in other posts with out any luck. cant figure out though why its just this one mine,

ps the game is not locked up I was able to open my inventory and eat something

I think it might just be the new area loading. If its only your mine, maybe you have more to load than in other mines.

My wife plays on a tablet, and has much longer load times than my desktop. Might want to check your ram, because its a constant on hers. She can also still interact with the UI during the black screen.
