I've reached the max inventory limit in terms of items and not weight, I noticed it and tested it out by dropping a .05 kg item while replacing it with a .50 kg item so its not a weight issue.

Can we increase the max inventory limit so I can hold more...I NEED to hold more.

Is that actually the issue? I mean, I already have it set to 1080p on a (42" TV) and if that were true I would have to buy a 4k resolution TV if I wanted to go any higher...

The inventory is already going off the screen and to see the top or bottom I would need to drag it around.


Would editing the inventory image/box sizes to take up less space with a custom modded client work to hold more?
Or maybe turning off sorting and having the meat shreds use less space going left and right and have it go up an down more seeing as how the inventory box doesn't go off screen in terms of left and right but goes top to bottom off the screen already.

Afaik there is a fixed limit of 1024 items in your inventory.
I'd say it is good as it is, and you should not be able to hold more.

Remember, there were times were you could not even hold a small fraction of that, and still we all survived and prospered, well, most of us.

back when i started people hold about 15-20 items and cried so it got increased to 1024 and now ppl still cry its not enought

There actually are numerous situations where this would be very, very beneficial, but as it was said already a few times, it is already 50 times what we had, no need to make things even easier.

Yeah okay but there is a reason they added kg and then set it to 1000 max inventory, probably cause they didn't expect many few people to need to cap that 1000.
But when I'm out hunting and I turn every piece of meat to shreds to reduce kg weight because cuts to shreds reduces the weight somewhat and then I just out and get capped at 1000 and have to head back anyway.
(I was there when inventory was capped at 16+All the pockets slotted/backpack)

IIRC there is no real reason to cap it at 1024 over something else. Agreed, I sometimes hit it as well but it's already so much much easier than 32 items that I'm happy enough with it.

As you mentioned yourself, just leave some meat as steaks/cuts in order to save inventory space rather than weight.

Max take some TinderDrill or even lighted torch when You go hunting then Roast it at Pile of Wood (You are probably doing G Lards )
