Undead livestock

After the most recent patch, one of my Rams came back from the dead. I think this has happened to me before with a sheep, but I thought I was imagining it that time. But this time I'm certain, my ram Maxwell was sitting in a neat line of dead and skinned Rams, and is now alive and trying to pick a fight with the ram on the other side of the fence.

Edit: Uhhh. he's dead again. He slipped through the gate behind me and was killed. Still a bug that he was alive!
Edit 2: And this morning he's back again! This time he tricked the sheep into helping him and won the fight.
Edit 3: *****, now he's dead again. I don't know why this time. Now I have no Rams. :?

best thing that has happened, undead animals, should be happening if your base is in darkness, they die, get reborn as undead and attack you/your base :P

Hell the pigs did that when they were alive... Freaking annoying holes everywhere.

I experienced today the same thing than Father Latour.

I put some of my dead sheep (3 sheep , 1 Ram , 1 Aborted fetus) outside my building , and today one of the sheep is now alive again. If that's matter : that sheep was bought on city 1st September , dead 8 November for unknown reason , and experienced one Blood Moon outside (Blood Moon begun later on the 8 November).
I never experienced that before , but they are usually kept inside building or mine.

During the "Death episode" the sheep had access to food (they eat ! ), gates were opened :

Edit after a few testings: This sheep has accepted a medication (Scrapie suppository) even if she didn't seems sick (she walked/moved "normally"). In my opinion the revival episode is linked to sickness : a dead animal can become sick , when sick it looks alive and healthy. If not treated she die again (like Father Latour Ram) , if treated I don't know (yet).
As a reminder in the early Popham days , there was a bug when sick animals were turned into looking/moving like healthy animals (but were still sick and later dies from it : read here for example) , for me it's the same bug ... but for dead animals.

I had a ram die last week to another ram. ..just decided to leave his unworthy body on the ground, last night he was sitting there sick. ..guess being a zombie IS a disease. Tried to cure him, no effect. ..then the other ram kicked his ass again. Talk about a tough break.

Did take a dead pig off of a sled, only to have it dig a hole while it was over my head.

Seems only sheep are zombie?
