Unable to move bucket over deep water

1) Left click bucket by stream with deep water and shore.
2) Right click deep part of water. You move there, but nothing is placed inside bucket.

And

1) Move on top of deep water.
2) Try to right or left click a bucket, nothing happens.

What should happen:
1) Left click bucket, right click any body of water. This should put water in the bucket.
And
2) Move on top of deep water. Left clicking on bucket allows you to move it in your inventory and right click water to fill bucket.

I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, but you are unable to move or click on a bucket while over deep water. We also can not collect from deep water by clicking on a spot while on shore. I think we should be able to move the bucket around at least. Is this a fix to keep people from dropping their buckets? If so, it doesn't stop you from dropping a bucket in shallow water and still losing it. this seems more like a side effect of coding for not being able to gather water in a bucket while in deep water. Not sure why deep water would be any different from shallow water, even on a river boat you can still gather water.

Well, you can't move into deep water while holding an object with the mouse, so that behavior is not exclusive for the bucket.

What actually should happen is that the character displays a swimming animation when in open water, making it obvious why you can't interact with your items. :)
