How do I uninstall this game.

It does not appear on the list of installed programs so how is it removed, entirely, and properly without a trace?

Where would these files be located?

JNLP doesn't "install" any files, it merely caches them. Clearing the Java cache undoes that effect, together with anything else Java may have cached. Precisely because they aren't "installed" in such a way to affect the system in any meaningful way, however, doing so isn't good for particularly much anyway.
