is horrible...
when i build home first -> next fance = is ok...
but when first fance next home i need [1 title free] ...
so i ask, why ? :/ is waste location...

I think the 8x11 on the wiki is the size of the interior, not the placement size, which is extremely hard to pinpoint as some buildings are fractions of a tile, and so do you round up and be inaccurate, or be precise and be inaccurate for how it places?
So yeah, 8x11 interior, not exterior, dimensions.

but
outside construction is less the 10x14...
example [Fance][Emprty][Home] i can move ...
but when i first build Home next Fance i'm dont must give empty titles ...
it is a strange and difficult game in no positive way

If you constrcut buildings and walls snapped to the grid then remember that their center is placed at the center of a tile. So if a building is 8 tiles wide then it means it will take 7 full tiles and twice a half tile from both sides. If you place walls snapped to the grid then you wont be able to place it at any of those half-tiles
