Sometimes when I plant 7 cabbage seeds in my upkeep 50% field it doesn't work,I have to right click the field with 8 seeds then 1 seed remains

I checked the wiki:

When a field is at 100% upkeep the following are required to plant 1 field of a crop:
50 seeds of cotton
50 seeds of cereal
15 seeds of cabbage
50 seeds of pumpkin
50 seeds of corn
When the field is 50% upkeep the following are required:
25 seeds of cotton
25 seeds of cereal
7 seeds of cabbage
25 seeds of pumpkin
25 seeds of corn

Seems exact number is 7.5 ?

This is well know. Try searching before posting next time.

The field wants 7.5+ seeds, but rounds down on humus and seeds necessary.

Thats fine but try not to report things that are already well know.

Try to remember that the forum search function isn't very good. Google might be a bit more helpful, but on older subjects like this, it can be hit and miss if you actually find what you're looking for.
