Is this game supposed to work for Mac?

I downloaded it and I have the correct Java version, and it's not letting me interact with anything at all. WASD moves the character around but that's essentially it. The menus appear to work, well maybe, as I don't know what any of that is supposed to do? I know I'm not so stupid as to fail in the tutorial so this has to be some kind of technical problem. I just want to talk to the man in the Brown Hat!

Are you using the defalut client from this website or one of the modded ones from the forums. If you are using the default try Enders in the Artifice and Arcana section.

The modded client have an option to be used in mac. It is in the option menu. Good luck.

this appears to be a different problem: the game is obviously starting up just fine as "WASD works".
There have been previous issues with the mouse clicking not working, and IIRC it had to do with colour depth.
But I can't test on Mac because, well, Mac
