I have a strange bug, in a part of my city if I put things in my compost I displays the usual numbers, the same goes for the information of those plants gather then etc etc ..
instead in another part of my city I can see the numbers that appear as usual, crying for example a rose and put things in the compounds. Is this normal?

You mean in some part of your city you can't see the numbers and in another one you can?
I got the same issue. It's caused by fires. Anything that smokes( smelters, smokers, coal clamps, fireplaces, stoves, etc...) but torches.
No fix as of yet (had the bug since I've started playing).
