inspiration bug

well, the item says 8500, i have 11000, and i cant study,becuz i need 12750 for what? o.O

Using the same inspirational for the same skill requires more inspiration, the number you see is base inspiration...
1st time: 100%
2nd time: 150% (which is the case here)
3rd time: 200%
etc. etc. (capped at 300%)
