Unable to Shoot, Stomp, or Craft Slingshots.

I had Shoot on my bar but after removing it can no longer access it under Combat > Attacks.
I have the same issue with the Stomp attack.
I have Small Game Hunting, Backalley Pugilism, and Self-Defense.
My friend has access to Stomp, Shoot, and slingshot crafting with just Small Game Hunting and Self-Defense.
I've tried clearing my java cache and reinstalling.
Am I missing something obvious or is my character bugged?
