Lace not Working

Hello, i was in Boston and someone (for dev: zert) asked me for help since he noticed a bug, i told him i would post it on the forums for him
he made a Snakeskin Coat and put in a lace as 3rd slot but noticed it didnt give any new slot?

1. Difficulty is 25, either the guy made was 20 tn or prepatch coat, according to evidence its a prepatch coat.
2. Snakeskin has 1 slot used to be 3
3. Items placed in correct order for a 3 slot coat, when crossover occurred the system removed additional slots, but when detecting the lace stops the removal of slots else this would have 1 slot in it.
4. You either got scammed or purposefully annoying us.

Nevermind. I am now no longer investigating ^^. Detective Blood on the scene.
