Captivating Flame inspiration required

I could attach a photo, but....
Captivating flame inspiration required is 1610, but when I try and study it inspiration required is 2415. Just thought I'd point that out to whomever this may concern. I like it being 1610 personally. =)

Did you study it multiple times?
If you study the same items more than once it will require more inspiration.

If you're asking if I've studied Captivating Flame more then once then the answer is yes. Of course. Are you saying that once you study any one inspirational that the Inspiration required increases?

That is per cycle. Once you purchase a skill or raise proficiencies, the "used" list resets and costs return to base values.
