So I \'m suppose to be able to rotate the camera, but my middle mouse button is busted. Is there any other way to rotate the camera?

Use a keybind program like autohotkey to set another key to work like middle mouse button, or other similar software if you can find it.

In Kandarim's client you can enable laptop mode - when both mouse button are pressed you can rotate the camera
