When I use colewort on fireplace (with no effect) and try to split colewort after this it dissappeared.

sometimes the latest colewort of an harvested field yields nothing when split, rounding issue.

This happened twice in short time. Also happened when I split head of cabbage in the cupboard. Just dissappeared.

I did report this as a bug, to which loftar kindly explained the mechanic - last harvested item usually does not give full yield (depending on field's plenty). Last cereal crop will give less seeds / flour, last cotton piece will give less seeds on cleaning, last cabbage will give less leaves on splitting, last pumpkin will give less pumpkin flesh. In some cases they may give 0 as well.

Not a bug - rounding issue [expect it only from the last farmed product you receive].

The bug is that you probably shouldn't get a head of <cabbage, grain, cotton> if it contains 0 product after rounding is done when processed. I don't see this one getting fixed any time soon, though (maybe shortly after release if there's no other serious bugs to contend with).
