Custom client Haven Error

I am getting a haven Error for Latikai Client. This is as much as I could copy and paste. I have no idea what any of it means or what to do. Help would be much appreciated.

Odds are Java Web Start didn't grab a file it should have. You should clear Salem and any custom clients from Java's cache. You should clear out the Salem directories created in your user location by the custom clients.

If this occurs repeatedly, there may be a network issue interfering with the download.

Thanks! it took some time to find that damn salem folder still getting used to windows 8... but deleting the whole thing and clearing cashe then re-downloading the custom client did the trick. Thanks again!
