Woo-Woo Wand

I have D-rod's and lots of them, but I was also experimenting with the Woo-woo and noticed its alchemical make up was almost exact same as my 0% D-rod I was messing with. Appears the Woo-woo no longer sees Iron or Copper but just water. The alchemical make up of my woo woo and d-rod are so close there is no way they should not see the same nodes.
Did something change and the wiki is no longer correct with Woo-woo finding iron or copper?

Woo-Woo Wands and Dousing Rods calculate the mine values they can see differently and so will see different mines.

I thought what they could see was calculated on their alchemical values? Is it not anymore?
The woo woo wand & d-rod is almost identical alchemical make up, not even a total of 1.00 difference in a single value.
Upon more testing, I walked with my woo-woo for over 2 hours today, I found 15 water well sights, 0 iron, 0 copper sites.

I did find two iron sites with the woo woo , and not in so much time.

Woo-woo wands, unless they where changed recently, are still based off alchemy values but not in the nice simple way that rods are, they have always been a little odd:

I have found copper and iron both with the woo woo sticks
