The tooltip on the 500k inspiration pot is incorrect: it states I would get 500k inspiration, but I only got 150k inspiration for gulp (i.e. 450k total)

Yes. The tooltips were generated prior to our final balance adjustments. As you probably know they are stored in the res files themselves, and we didn't re-update them after our change. They too should be fixed at next restart but are still pretty close to accurate.
